Voice 4  is a rollercoaster of drama - it tracks the 112 Emergency Call Center staff as they solve crimes through voice analysis and the power of their hearing. This drama has achieved excellent ratings in the last 3 seasons and therefore a 4th season was guaranteed.

We see Lee Ha-na return as Kang Kwon-joo, a professional voice profiler with enhanced hearing. Season 4 introduces a new character, Derek Jo, played by Song Seung-heon. Derek Jo is from the Los Angeles Police Department and joins hands with the Golden Time team.

In Voice 4, the Golden Time team will face a serial killer with skills as sharp as Kwon-joo's, and a new series of challenges awaits them.

Theteaser Voice 4 was unique in that it allows fans to put themselves in the shoes of the Golden Time team while listening to a voice recording of a victim sent by the serial killer.

A serial killer with an improved hearing ability appears. The serial killer kills people using his enhanced skill. Because of this, Kang Kwon-Joo (Lee Ha-Na), who also has an improved hearing ability, is cornered. Kang Kwon-Joo cooperates with Detective Derek Cho (Song Seung-Heon) to capture the serial killer. Derek Cho is an important person who is not fooled. He is a team leader for the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department). His LAPD team dealt with criminal gangs.

Meanwhile, Kang Kwon-Joo has suffered from PTSD since Do Kang-Woo's death, but she still serves as the leader of the 112 emergency call center.
